Haskell CISD is going through some growing pains right now.  We are excited about the new construction of a new game gym, a new auditorium, a new secondary cafeteria and a new elementary classroom wing.  The temporary downside to this will be the inconvenience that goes with it dealing with construction going on around us.  I ask that you please be patient and understanding with this and realize that drop off of students and especially pick-up in the afternoon will require that patience.  We will be monitoring the situation and doing everything possible to make it as safe and convenient as possible.

All incoming 7th graders must receive additional immunizations and be up to date on all immunizations for the start of the year.

  • All electronic devices including cell phones will be required to be out of sight and in the turned off position while students are at school.
Students are still allowed to come to the office and ask Mrs. New or myself to use their personal cell phone or the school phone to call a parent if there is an urgent or pressing situation.

There are two options for Haskell Jr. High Students regardving this:

    1. Leave all electronic devices at home.

    2. Keep all electronic devices turned OFF and securely put away.

Teachers may require students to turn in all cell phones at the beginning of class.

Jr High will have a slightly altered regular dismissal time this year of 3:30pm.
